•   1,600 sq. foot mixing+Post optimized studio, with integrated 4K, 6K and 8K video, music and stills, as well as DANTE enabled recording, tracking, mixing and control
•   VR studio, with augmented reality, VR and simulation custom and commercial 4K-8K hardware and software.
• A  reverberant large shower-style 8' x 10' recording area, with integrated monitoring, tracking and control
•   900 sq. foot Dolby ATMOS 7.1.4 / Dolby Vision screening room with 3D, VR & 4K monitoring facilities
•   An 600 sq. foot intimate non-parallel walls parlor-acoustics area with 12’ - 14’+ ceilings and conversationally, and singer/guitarist optimized acoustics.

•   2,200 sq. foot recording 20 Hz optimized room - non-parallel walls, plus live room with non-parallel walls and 14' ceilings
•   sequestered private, beautifully bricked walled outdoor courtyard for recording, photography and video production

•   Custom-designed vocal booth with full isolation from rest of studio, while providing Dante audio and video tie-in and monitoring controls

•   3.5 Acres of private grounds, with adjunct horse ranch and stables, connected to beautiful walking and hiking trails.

The core facilities were designed using the best approaches and technologies available to us-- and we have enhanced that core set of capabilities using AI sound and video technologies that increase creative options, while reducing the time and complexity of production.
